but i am no using banner image in event so why show image break icons like so i
want remove break image icons because no need to upload banner image

Please remove the plugin from wordpress and delete the recaptcha from this link.
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin#list

and install the plugin again and create a new recaptcha site key and secret key
than after configure visit this link

all event is active but event is cancel

and 4 event is active not cancel and not expired

please login your wp-admin and go to pages edite your member page

visit right side bar see hear Apply custom access settings? option for UM plugin
and you can set the access sating who can visit your page
