To see the detail answers of the quiz you will have to use the pro version and https://prntscr.com/rsz363 check this option from your tutor lms dashboard settings page. Enabling this option will let the students see the answers of their questions and check the mistakes they made.

If you can please check the tutor lms version that you are using? Please make sure it is 1.5.8 as it is the latest version of the plugin. We have been solving some similar issues and in most cases the version used was a previous one. Please make sure you are using the latest version. If you face this issue even with the latest version. Please check the permalinks settings for the dashboard page. Make sure your default tutor lms dashboard page is used as the dashboard. This should not happen when you are logged in. Make sure you are using the correct page. For further assistance please email us the issue with a screenshot at support@themeum.com . We will try and solve your issue as quickly as we can.

I have tried to do the same in my courses it seems like i am not having this same issue. If you can please check carefully if there is anyone else with the login credentials who might make the changes this cannot be done automatically. If you can please share a screenshot of the issue. with the proper time of the delete and creation of the videos in the courses and email in our support channel at support@themeum.com?

There are two ways to get the grade point evaluation done. One is division based and the other is grade point based which we generally follow. That is why there is that option which you are asking off. IF you want to use another grading system you can uncheck that option and generate the gradebook

Are the newly registered students not being shown in the student section in the admin dashboard? If yes can you show me the screenshot of the student page from the admin dashboard? Can you please confirm to me that the new students are not being shown in the students section in the backend? I have other customers complaining about a similar issue and i my self have faced kind of the same issue. If you can please confirm whether you are facing this same issue or not?

As i have been informed this might be an issue of the woocommerce plugin. Please contact the woocommerce support forum to get a possible solution for this. It is not related to the tutor lms plugin. The course prices are set using the woocommerce and may be the latest update is causing this issue. If you can please contact the woocommerce support team and find a possible solution. If you cannot please let us know we will try from our end again.

I have tested the theme with our pro version of the plugin. Importing all the demo contents and setting up the pages it looks like the theme is compatible with the plugin and my test site is working pretty fine. I would like to ask you about which other plugins are you using? If you can please check for a possible conflict between any other plugin? I made a fresh installation both with the theme and the plugin and it worked perfectly. If you can check for this. Or else you can provide us your sites wordpress login credentials so that we can check the issue and provide you a solution soon. I would suggest you provide the credentials to us via email that is very much safe. email us the url and login credentials in case you cannot solve the issue after checking the conflict at support@themeum.com

The break of site might be reason of the theme. Please contact the theme support team to get the solve for this issue. As for now our product is working with other themes very well and we are having very few issues with theme compatibility i hope you can contact the themes support.
