We are facing the issue due to Facebook’s policy. currently, the official Facebook security level is modified and maintained very strong. If the Facebook developers release the API with this security then our plugins also work but they are not releasing any API or do not provide any solutions for this. We are working on the alternate solution and soon will the update be provided to all our customers.

Please do let us know where the shortcode has been used. Do you have used the logo showcase shortcode inside the theme template?

It seems you are trying to access the logos inside your post of the themes. And please check the logos has been set up correctly or not. It seems you have not added any logo on the logos post.

We have checked the plugin in our testing server but we did not find any issues with the social media icons, it is available. Please make sure that you have updated our latest verion plugin. And if the problem persists then could you please deactivate all other plugins, clear cache once and try again?

Talking about the link option if you are trying to link facebook then currently this problem has occurred from official facebook. These days facebook security is very high.
