Make sure you have used latest Free version 5.0.8 and Pro Version 5.0.10.

1. Debug Log
The following code, inserted in your wp-config.php file, will log all errors, notices, and warnings to a file called debug.log in the wp-content directory.

If your Hosting Provider doesn’t allow a higher memory limit,You just need to disable all unused widgets from The Plus Addons and all other Elementor addons you have installed. This will reduce the need for the required memory limit as the total number of active widgets will go down.

Yes, it is possible this feature is added in the latest version of The Plus Blocks, so I recommend you can use the latest version (1.3.0.1) of the plugin and let us know if that worked out for you.

Note : As per our initial impression, it seems to be issue of old plugin version 4.1.6.
FYI : Our latest Free version 5.0.8 and Latest Pro Version 5.0.10.

1. As per debug log, Still, We can not find anything related to issue.
2. We might need to check, How many plugins you have installed and with their version. We wanted to confirm again, If you have all latest plugins installed? We are pushing here because, 100% issues resolved when The Plus Addons users have latest version of our plugin as well as elementor’s. Are you just a free user or pro user? Because, If you are a pro user, It’s latest version also required.
3. Make sure, All other 3rd party elementor addons also at their latest version.
We are really sorry for all delay, But We can not help you quickly due to nature of this error. We have prepared for this issue months back so not any of our users have such issues this time, If they had latest version. Now, We are not even sure, If that is issue with latest version of any thing else, as we don’t have any known issue like yours at this stage.

It working fine with those versions. Do you use Pro version of our plugin? If yes, What is version of that? Also, Can you disable all other plugins from your site such as other addons and so on? Just to confirm, If that’s issue with only The Plus Addons and elementor?
We have made compatibility with latest elementor version way back and that’s why not any of our user have that issue as long as they have latest version installed.
If above doesn’t help, Please share debug log. and have you get any error in console.
We might need to check, If that’s due to low memory limit.
