In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Default Customer Consent to checked?I checked the email closer and turns out it was a memory configuration on my server. I think I have that fixed, so am thinking of re-installing and trying the product again. I do have one more question – are reviews held for moderation in the free version? Or automatically approved?
Also – I tested using the WebP option on a couple of products. I notice when I go to the page with their image (using Chrome), right click on the image and open in a new tab, it is the .JPG image. Is there any way to verify that the site is serving up WebP images? Is there any downside to selecting WebP – will it still compress the .JPG the same and serve it up if it does not serve up WebP?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Default Customer Consent to checked? It was the standard WordPress Technical issue message:
“WordPress?has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal?error?on your?site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case,?WordPress?caught an?error?with one of your plugins, Customer Reviews for WooCommerce.”
It was happening when I tried to edit a page.
Thank you for the speedy reply! That raises two more questions:
- Are reviewers required to login to a valid account to post a review? (prevent spam reviews).
- Can I as the shop owner, reply to a review? Especially to answer a negative comment.

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Default Customer Consent to checked? Thanks for the help – unfortunately, your plugin generated a ‘serious site error’, so I had to disable and remove it from my site.
One more question – in the free version of the plugin, are reviews ‘automatically approved’? Or can I moderate them?

In reply to: [USPS Simple Shipping for Woocommerce] Rates and up-chargeDo you know of a way to add, say ‘$.50’ to the shipping cost returned by your plugin? I’m happy to put it in Code Snippets if you can get me started with the hook.
FYI – it was an issue with the multiple shipping address plugin – so i used another one and it works.

In reply to: [USPS Simple Shipping for Woocommerce] Rates and up-chargeAlso, I am having an issue with the plugin where it changes to Priority Mail Express shipping. I only have two methods – Priority Mail and Express – and when I try to click on the radio button to change back to Priority Mail, it does not work. Ideas on this as well?
Thanks for clarifying about the emails. When I read the Privacy Policy and Terms, it reads as though the cusrev.com will still collect the review data from my website. Is this the case with the free version of the plugin?

In reply to: [Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce] What data is stored and where?Thank you for the prompt reply. As I read, I’ll only be storing a token, not any sensitive CC data. Correct me if I am wrong.
Thank you!
I agree. I have not been able to get the free version of the plugin to work.
I was able to get customers to show up under Woocommerce after importing some orders and making sure that the scheduled actions for Woocommerce had run.

In reply to: Certain Changes Not SavingI am using 5.03 – and this is still an issue. If I change a link in the visual editor and click update – it appears to save but the change is not there. I’m having to edit in HTML.
Has this been officially reported?

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Save Draft Not Working ProperlyWhile I see this topic marked as resolved, I wanted to add my experience. I too am a Bitdefender user. When editing my site in Firefox, it would never complete a draft update. In Chrome, it worked, but sporadically and did not save as it should. I added the exception to BD and it worked immediately.
Before installing plugins or other debug work, I’d recommend looking at your antivirus – it could well be happening in other applications.
Thanks!
