Thanks wfyann – but I can’t find the ‘Blocking’ page in v7.0.5 of Wordfence. If I go to Tools, Live Traffic, I can filter for ‘blocked’ – but there is no option to either check IPs or make permanent.
Perhaps you are referring to the previous version? If not, can someone please direct me to the option to do this in the current free version.
I’m now running Wordfence 6.3 – and I don’t see the ‘Permanently Block all Blocked IPs’ at the top of the Live Traffic Filter page any more. Is this gone? Or am I missing it yet again?
Thanks,
You can close this request – we decided to use another pop up plugin for now.
Thanks – I was looking for it under the ‘Live Traffic’ filter. Please mark resolved.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base] Breadcrumbs, category order, search, formatting?I found this plugin that will do categories, tags and posts. Once installed, select types to sort under Settings. Then go to the page (Articles, Categories) and simply drag and drop. Hint – for Articles you’ll need to activate both Knowledgebase and Posts.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base] Breadcrumbs, category order, search, formatting? The plugin worked great on sorting the Categories, is there any way to sort the Articles? I thought it was by post_title, so I put a number in front of the title to get it to sort in the category. But on the KB page it looks like it is by ID – correct?
Solution or workaround?

In reply to: [Knowledge Base] Breadcrumbs, category order, search, formatting? Thanks for the speedy reply!
Not a big problem – easy to put one at the beginning of the content.
I used the first plugin to re-order the categories – worked very well and was easy to use – drag and drop.
I understand on the columns – not a big issue.
I went thru the DB and can clean manually – but I think the checkbox would be a nice thing to add. Wordfence does this.
One more question regarding search – is it targeted to the knowledgebase posts? Or the entire site? We are building a membership based site with content that is not accessible or maybe appropriate for the search – so I would not want it in the results. I’ve not had much time to test your plugin yet to verify this.
Again – thank you.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base] Sub-category link doesn't workI had the same issue – saved the Permalinks again and it worked.

In reply to: [Revisr] Confirm syntax for repository pathI was able to get it to work properly after moving the statement in wp-config.php above the absolute path definition. I put it just under WP_DEBUG and it worked fine.
Thanks

In reply to: [Revisr] Confirm syntax for repository pathYes – the folder that WP was installed in was ‘/wordpress/’.
I added this line to my wp-config.php file before I installed Revisr:
define( ‘REVISR_GIT_DIR’, ‘/srv/git/wordpress/’ );expecting the the repository would be:
/srv/git/wordpress/.gitI installed Revisr and created a repository. It put it in the default folder where WP is installed:
/var/www/html/wordpress/.git.
I did not get any error messages and Apache has full rights to this directory.
Can you check this on your server and verify it is working?
I’m running WP 4.22 and Revisr 1.95.
Thanks

In reply to: [Revisr] Confirm syntax for repository pathI also tried this:
define( ‘REVISR_GIT_DIR’, ‘/srv/git/wordpress’ );It fixed the display issue, but the repository was still created in the default WP directory.
Here is what I found:

Thank you again for your persistence.
I understand the difficulties of trying to diagnose or debug a non-open plugin and appreciate the effort.
– Disabled firewall from Firewall Options – form will not load.
– Tried both HTTP only and HTTPS only – form did not load.
– Turned off Login Protection – form did not load.Looks like the shortcode relies on javascript to load the form – maybe this helps.
With everything turned off in Firewall Policies and disabled in Firewall Options, it seems that we have a basic plugin conflict. Once I disable NF as a plugin, everything works.
Thanks
