If there are no errors in the console and none of the plugins or theme is affecting the Webinar appearance – only one reason could cause this error – the Zoom account that is connected with the plugin doesn’t include webinars. Please check if there is such a message occurred after saving a webinar [screenshot] If you have this message it means that the Zoom account doesn’t include webinars or the webinars were not enabled for the user after purchasing the plan [screenshot]

1. Please be informed that there is an option to edit user profile by clicking Settings button [screenshot] and there is profile settings where user can manage name, bio, password [screenshot] Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the MasterStudy LMS plugin

2. The Certificates are only available in the Pro version. This option is not available in MasterStudy Free plugin

Thank you for getting back! Unfortunately, since the MACOS Sierra is not supported by the author for almost two years already, it was not considered for the plugin to work with its last supported Safari version. The plugin uses the latest version of the vuejs and we do our best to make sure that it is working with new devices and browser versions. We highly recommend checking the calculator page in Chrome or any other up-to-date browsers.

1. Unfortunately, there is no way to set different signs for total elements, the development team is planning to add this option in one of the upcoming updates.

2. The conditional system is only available in the Pro version of the Cost Calculator Builder plugin.

Unfortunately, we can not recreate this problem in our testing environment. Could you please provide some more detail on this issue? Do all users or only users with the Subscriber role receive these email notifications? Have you tried to disable side plugins and check if the emails are still being sent when only MasterStudy LMS plugin is active?
