I suppose the answer depends on who you are talking about it on AIB customers infoline.

I’ve called them on Tuesday and they said that looks like my gateway isn’t SCA secured and that is why it was declined and I should contact Stripe to resolve it. BTW AIB payments worked around 3am 8th March. The difference between checks on Tuesday and today with declining cards on Stripe side is that before it was that bank declined and now is straight that Stripe blocked the transaction.
