Thanks to another post, I solved my problem:

I just solved the problem. In my case I could not have any permision set to 777 and I had to change them to 755. Because of the security issues files with permission set to 777 are automatically blocked by my server provider.

Unfortunately I do not know where to go to check ‘error log’.

I have installed WordPress, have rec’d confirmation email, but am stuck now with this error:

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

Is the problem with the login.php file? Is there anything I can do? I don’t want to go through the whole install all over again, as that part seemed to go fine….
