When you say it’s generating a new file every 24 hours, do you mean it’s overwriting your current files? Can you clarify what you mean by the permalinks are different?

Finally, what plugins do you have on your site? I haven’t seen other reports of this at this time so it’s likely due to your specific site set-up. If you can, I’d try disabling all of your other plugins for 24 hours while keeping WP Job Manager active to see if the po and pot translation files continue to be regenerated.

As a next step, I’d try testing out a default theme like TwentySixteen along with the Visual Composer to see if the issues you described persist.
