It was caused exactly by All In One WP Security as you said.
And it is not enough to just deactive All In One. I had to deactive it then deactive woocommerce, then active woocommerce, then active All In One. Then it works.

sorry I have found where I can uninstall it. Now I have uninstall it and the code is back to normal.

And I seem not be able to remove the plugin or reinstall it. Any suggestion?

I enabled Woocommerce and WC Return in my root panel. I can see and configure Woocommerce in each site. But I don’t see WC Return at all in the plugin list in each site. How do you activate the plugins at each site?

Thank you for your quick response. I could not see the menu in the path you said. My wordpress version is 4.2.4 and Woocommerce 2.4.2.
Does this have anything to do with my multisite setting?
