You can use a single table across multiple pages. Additionally, the plugin offers an advanced shortcode feature that allows you to display a filtered table on a specific page.

I have tested this, and it is working smoothly on my end, so the issue appears to be specific to your site. You can try deactivating all other plugins except for Fluent Boards to see if one of them is causing the problem. Also, consider switching your installed theme to the default WP theme to check if there is a conflict with the current theme.

Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade a WordPress administrator to a lower role in FluentBoards, as administrators automatically have full access to the platform. While FluentBoards roles are distinct from WordPress user roles, they do not override the privileges granted to WordPress administrators.

Typically, a Google Sheet integrated with Ninja Tables requires the use of #colspan# in any cell where you want to merge with the previous cell. I’m a bit unclear about the problem you’re experiencing, so screenshots of both the sheet and the table would be very helpful.

This confirms that there is a conflict with the Ninja Tables plugin, likely caused by one of the installed plugins. To identify the conflicting plugin, you can deactivate all plugins except for Ninja Tables. If the issue is resolved, you can pinpoint the problematic plugin by reactivating them one by one while testing the table plugin.

Additionally, you can perform a similar test by switching the installed theme to the WordPress default theme.

Fluent Boards supports multi-site installations. To create tables for a new site, first install the plugin from the Network Admin. Then, deactivate the plugin from the network site. Next, navigate to the subsite’s plugin page and activate it from there. Activating the plugin on the subsite will create the necessary database tables.

Fluent Boards does not currently support direct syncing with Asana or provide an import feature for Notion. However, it remains a powerful project management tool within the WordPress ecosystem.

While direct synchronization isn’t available, you can still export data from Asana and manually import it into Fluent Boards.
