i want to check a widget control(egg. text area) by using a wp plugin. and i want to change it into editer. how its possible?

Hi,
I need a word press plugin , it should have to change all text area(text area that is added by any widget) to editor. I can explain, if i add that plugin, i can change all text areas of all widgets(which is included in that project) into editor format(may be TyneMCE). Presently there is so many editor that convert comment area into editor format. My requirement is different. I couldn’t find such type of plugin anywhere. can you help me? or advice me? if yes its valuable for me now.
