Would you please just share that if changing the language to English still throwing the error or not? Check both the form style issue and the checkbox issue in the English language.
Let us know the update. Have a nice day.Hi @jordy8,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, weDocs is currently incompatible with templates of Elementor. You can use weDocs shortcode to a Elementor designed page with the shortcode widget. However, importing the docs within a template is unavailable.
Feel free to let us know if we could assist you with anything else.
Thank you and have a nice day.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We have previously found an issue which is related to your shared issue. Updating the Gravity Form, Elementor, & HappyAddons to the latest version resolves the issue. According to your findings, we have already checked on several scenarios but we didn’t find any issue like this.
The first thing you need to try is to check the versions of your plugins as well theme. If you are in the latest version and still facing the issue, it might be a site-specific issue. Please reach out to our technical support for further deep investigation. You can use our contact page to reach out to us.Thanks and have a nice day.
Hi @dioni00,

Hi @tanvirroky,
Thanks for reaching out to us
please check the below points before pursuing:
1. Change the theme to a standard Elementor theme. e.g. Hello Elementor theme.
2. Clear the browser cache.
3. You can first try to simply clear your browser’s cache, use a different browser, or view in an incognito browser. If this doesn’t help, then follow these steps:
- Go to?Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS?and click the Regenerate Files button.
- Update your page. You may need to make a small change to enable the Update button.
- Clear all cache including server cache if it exists, any WordPress caching plugins you are using, and your own browser cache. You can also try checking in another browser, or in an incognito browser.
4. You are using the latest HappyAddons.
5. You are using the latest Elementor Free and Elementor Pro(if you have the Pro version.)
6. You don’t have any third-party plugins/addons installed with the same feature.
The issue should be fixed now. However, let me know the update.
Thanks!Hi @samiahmed,
Thanks for the update. I believe you have already set up the weDocs Homepage as shown in this screenshot.
On the other hand, your shared page is working with the docs and its redirection. Check this video. Changing the browser or clearing the browser cache might help.
However, if the issue is complicated, please contact our technical team for further investigation. Thanks and have a nice day.
Hi @jules-colle,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the free version of weDocs didn’t meet your expectations. We aim to offer value in both free and pro versions, and we never intend to push users into upgrading. We currently have 5k+ active installations for the free version and they are using it according to their need. You will find plenty of similar plugins here in the ORG and they have a Pro version as well. Still people are using those plugins according to their need. If you didn’t find anything helpful or our plugin doesn’t meet your needs, you can share some insights about our future enhancement.
Your comments will help us review and improve the free version, and we truly appreciate your input. If you’d like to share more details on the issues you encountered, we’d be happy to look into them for future updates.
Thanks and have a nice day.
Hi @samiahmed,
Did you try different page where [wedocs] shortcode is placed? Additionally, refresh your permalink structure from your dashboard > Settings > Permalink.
If the issue still exists, change your theme for a testing purpose and check if this works for you.
Along with that, please share screenshots of both frontend and backend page settings. Share your frontend page URL as well to check.
Thanks and have a nice day.Hi @cswebdesigns,
Possible reasons to occur the issue:
Hosting companies usually limit the server_memory by the Elementor or your other 3rd party add-ons (if you have*) when too many add-ons plugins are installed. So having HappyAddons and other 3rd party add-ons can cause the memory limit to be exceeded, potentially leading to loading issues on the Elementor editing panel.
Troubleshooting process:
There’s an easy fix to this. Here is a detailed guideline on how you can increase the memory limit. You can also find this helpful article from the Elementor documentation here.
>> Please increase your memory_limit & max_execution_time by adding the below codes on your wp-config.php file. You can follow this article to increase the limit.
After increasing the limit, you can use HappyAddons or other 3rd party solutions without any issues. However, sometimes increasing the memory limits also does not help to resolve this.
>> So, on the next, We would also strongly recommend deactivating unused widgets of HappyAddons to avoid the issue. You can know all your used/unused addons from the HA → Analytics tab to enable/disable those with a single click. It’s also recommended to disable unused widgets for any other third-party plugins/addons (if you have installed*).
I hope this will helps. Let me know the update.
