On our site (both local and live) iPad view is working fine as it should be. Please check and apply some key points mentioned below,

1. You are using the latest HappyAddons and HappyAddons Pro (if you are using pro)
along with the WordPress latest version.
2. Clear the browsing cache and try again.

If it won’t help you to solve your issue then follow the next steps.

Next Step:

You can adjust the margin, padding, other layouts, and design for the Tablet mode specifically.

Navigate to your Elementor logo grid edit panel > Responsive > Advanced then select the Tablet mode as shown in this screenshot.

Here you can adjust the margin & padding for the tablet mode only. I hope this will fix your issue.

However, if the issue still exists then feel free to contact HappyAddons support for further detailed information and necessary guideline.

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to inform you that you can use widgets as global but the Grid Layer is a feature (not widget) and this feature is available only in the editor and only for design purposes. You can use “Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + G” to On/Off Grid Layer.

As the Grid Layer feature is not widget specific. It will be available for the page you are designing. So that the options for making this feature a global feature are unavailable.

It is possible to duplicate the event. You just need to select the date after duplicate otherwise you’ll find the same event on the same date.

Hosting companies usually limit the server_memory by the Elementor or your other 3rd party add-ons (if you have*) when too many add-ons plugins are installed. So having HappyAddons and other 3rd party add-ons can cause the memory limit to be exceeded, potentially leading to the loading issues on the Elementor editing panel and Conflict issues with Elementor.

There is a troubleshooting process for this behavior. You can follow this reply to this forum to troubleshoot the issue on your site.

If you are unable to get rid of the issue then for deep investigation, contact the support of weDevs.

You can change the outline(Border) color of the Creative Button by navigating the edit creative button > Style > Common. Then you need to select border type (e.g. solid) then you will find the button as shown in this screenshot.
