I manually transferred all the files via FTP as well as export/import DB.

Thanks for providing alternative options. I have attempted partial backup solution (step #1) without any success.

1. Make one backup:
   – Without database
   – With Plugins+Themes+Other files in wp-content directory only

I have increased max_execution_time to 600 seconds.
I’m trying to CREATE BACKUP again with (2) disabled plugins.

Is there an option for me to save the backup files elsewhere with FREE PLUGIN, all the options I see are grayed out or coming soon?

I don’t think BACKUP completed again. It was at 100% but when I go to MANAGE & RESTORE BACKUP tab I don’t see anything.

I followed your instructions. Disabled both plugins photo-gallery & jetpack. Ran CREATE BACKUP and it was running at 100% however, same message about something not completed. I don’t see any backups.

Any other suggestions to try again?
