Well, maybe you should read over all the emails again and see what’s there and what’s not.

All I can say to anyone reading this is check out their reviews over the last 5 years. I wish I did before paying for this crappy service.

It’s funny that you say you don’t offer additional packages when your website even shows 1-on-1 services, professional installs, and so forth.

I just hope the money you are stealing helps feed your family since you obviously are desperate for money.

We received no response on Friday, Saturday, nor Monday. Today we have been going back and forth, their support asks you to disable all your plugins and revert to the original WordPress template. This completely breaks the website and they expect you to leave it like this for up to 24 hours. They keep trying to sell you on purchasing a higher support option. A plugin should just work, and not need all of this drama.

If you don’t value your time and want to deal with a horrible company then pay for this app; otherwise run far away from this plugin. I’m extremely disappointed because this seemed like an amazon plugin that fit all of our needs. However, we are now contacting a real developer and having something custom built for us.
