In WordPress in the left column ‘Appearance’ – there is no Editor. I show; Themes, Widgets, Menus, Header, & Background. That is it.
I have been looking around in the Host > cPanel and I am not locating what folder I need to find.
Is it the theme developer who controls whether or not to include the Editor under Appearance?

I keep reading searching and it now tells me to go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Editor Theme’ and the ‘Editor Theme’ is not under ‘appearance’ I wrote to the theme developer and I am awaiting for a reply.
I began to read articles under the Codex section and that stuff is way over my head. This is not my area of expertise at all.
Has this changed with the last WordPress upgrade?
At this point I will have to wait for someone to answer.
