I have the latest version of the plugin (1.4.9) although it does say it has not been tested with the latest version of WordPress (4.9) which I am using; however I have seen the raw html component in the list before.
To make sure the plugin is correct I downloaded the latest version from your server and the version I have on my site and compared them, no differences were found.
If it makes any difference I’m using the builder with the MediCare theme.
