I would also like to know if the option “Delete abandoned records” in the settings is what resets the abandoned cart email sequence?

So for example, if I set it to 365 days, does that mean a customer who previously abandoned their cart will start receiving the email sequence again?

Unfortunately, no the issue has not been resolved and I am using version 1.2.1 Wp Fundraising Donation.

Any other issues what the issue may be?

I am using the plugin in a WP multisite environment.

It wasn’t obvious to me before because I had to click on “In Process” first, in order to see where to set “Success”.

Is there any other way to change the default URL from …/fundraising/… to something else such as …/campaign/…?

Sure, the first link is working properly because “Discover” in the menu remains highlighted when viewing the Destinations page.

Destinations (child of Discover):
https://www.smallshipluxurycruises.com/destinations/

However, this second link (below) is not working as desired because “Discover” is not highlighted in the menu when viewing Africa page.

Africa (grandchild of Discover):
https://www.smallshipluxurycruises.com/destinations/africa/

I have already set the active color and it works when I am on that page.

BUT what I want to do is have the parent page show the active color when the grandchild page is being viewed as well.

WP page structure:
Parent Page > Child Page > Grandchild Page.

Thank you for the info, I knew about the Health Check plugin but didn’t realize that it allowed visitors to view the site as it is normally!

Upon further review, I noticed yesterday that a new installation of WP 5.0.3 (not an upgrade) was running much faster than my other website which was upgraded and has many more plugins installed.

The culprit may be in the upgrade process or one/more of the plugins (or themes) I have installed.

Although all my plugins are updated, it would be great to know which plugin(s) may be the culprit based on other developers testing experience.

I’ve noticed the same slowdown since upgrading from 4.9.9 to 5.0.3 while using PHP 7.2.14
