Ok, no problem now, how i told them, i understood they can do absolutly nothing for me, i took meet with my developpor when he will come back tomorow, it’s a expert and professional, it will be fast.

Thanks, i can close this ticket but i want write here what was the soluce, if she can help others peoples. I will close the ticket after.

I have Elementor pro. I have reported three times that I did what they say to do before contacting them, disconnecting the plugins, changing the theme, etc., but each time I have a nice macro that asks me to do it. J’ai déjà eu un doute à l’époque car quand j’ai vu par email le type de réponse que vous donniez, j’ai préféré du coups pays pour votre concurrent, mais là, je regrette vraiment pas ! C’est vraiment dommage je comprend pas les gens, car vous faites un boulot pour “aussi” vous faire des sous, gagner votre vie, mais vous perdez des centaines d’euros pour une qualité de support…. bref, c’est vous qui perdez de l’argent, pas moi ! ?? adieu ! (ou a dans 4 mois mdr XD)

No, i didn’t baught already your plugin in version pro, i tested before the demo, but how i told, i didn’t undertood, saw, how save and see the difference each role. If i understood good, if example i hide on menu on the role author, and save, if i want see the result i must go on the account author for see the effect, and return after in admin if i want change something ?

I think you should explain who is 123form for captain and explain better the difference, why use Captain, or 123form, for people understand better and buy more easy ??
