Here’s more info:
Front End PM Version 3.3
qTranslate-X Version 3.3
WordPress Version 4.2.2

Front End PM auto created a Page that I named PM, and where I have your shortcode: [front-end-pm]

When I set my Permalinks as this:
Post name https://www.website.com/wp/sample-post/
01. I browse the page PM at:
https://www.website.com/wp/fr/pm/
I can see the form and options. OK.
02. When I click on New Message… then I am taken to the FrontPage without any message being created.

When I set my Permalinks as this:
Default https://www.website.com/wp/?p=123
01. I browse the page PM at:
https://www.website.com/wp/?page_id=353&lang=fr
I can see the form and options. All behaves OK as supposed.
