Yes. The form stays visible, but emptied and no confirmation message.

With the help of “Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster” plugin, I desactivated this script coming from “WP User Frontend Pro” plugin:

If you use a desktop (which is not using a GPS) then this is a normal behavior. This is due to the fact that it will reflect the closest location to your internet service provider (well… something like that;) If you use a cell phone, the phone’s GPS will find the good location (the phone).

I also turned OFF the Cache from Litespeed Cache.
