In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Zero SupportDear Customer, apologies for the experience that you had to go through, but we would have appreciated that you updated this review on the resolution of the said issue. To give clarity, we were not able to figure out what was causing the mentioned issue for the customer as we were not able to replicate the issue and no other customer reported this issue either. We however went ahead and
- Reset the password for the customer and shared the credentials after validating they were working
- Processed a refund for the whole period that the customer was not able to use the service
- And allowed additional free time to still use the plugin and check if they would like to continue use it
Though we cannot replace the time that you may have lost reaching out to us and not being able to use the service. We have done our best to ensure we get you the best possible outcome that we realistically can.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Where is the OTP Value label for setting up field? We answered this via our chat support a while back. You might have seen a video that is not of our product. The Antideo Email Validator plugin doesn’t validate email addresses via OTP, so we donot have an option or a field for OTP

In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Domain which was listed for sale is acceptedHi Vimal,
Thank you for the message. Please note that the free version of the plugin doesn’t do the MX Records or Invalid Host check (which would likely have blocked sharknet.com). The free version though checks for disposable emails, incorrect email syntax, free emails, generic emails etc. Also do note that the plugin is not an email verification too but an email validation tool.
We hope this answers your question, but if not please reach out to our support team via chat on https://www.antideo.com for a quicker response.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Special settings for certain formHi Paul,
Currently this is not available as the plugin uses a default WordPress function “is_email” and hence the plugin cannot identify a specific form. But we do have plans to bring this functionality in the future.
We cannot comment on code customisation as it comes with it’s own set of challenges.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] How to configure with elementor formsHi There, the plugin works with forms that use the default “is_email” function in WordPress to identify the email address field and validate the email address. I am afraid Elementor forms work differently and this has been reported to us by a few of ur customers. There two ways to solve the problem –
- Use a compatible Form Plugin
You can create a form using CF7, Gravity or other popular forms plugin instead of the Elementor form - Use our API instead of the WordPress plugin
You can integrate our Email Validation API with your current Elementor form to achieve the same functionality and more. But obviously you would need a developer to help you integrate the API with your form.
We hope this information helps.
Thanks,
Antideo SupportHi KP Kreative,
Please note that this plugin is an email validation tool and not an email verification tool. [email protected] would not be flagged as a disposable email address or with the wrong syntax or as a free email address but it would be flagged as a role based email address and for invalid MX records (if you have the premium subscription) We have a number of customers who are on Gravity forms who are still able to use our plugin. I hope you can give the plugin another shot and we can help with the activation if needed, via our chat support to ensure you get the intended utility from the plugin.

In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Finally allows valid emails. Also invalid emails.Though not necessarily a positive feedback, we still appreciate your message here. Please drop us a note about what is not working for you at [email protected]. We have plenty of users of the plugin using it on a day to day basis without any issues, we would love to know why the plugin is not working for you.

In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Where is the function?Dear customer, we would have appreciated if you dropped us an email or a chat before posting this publicly here. Rest assured that hundreds of our users are drawing great value from the plugin (this isn’t some $2/month scam)
The reason that the plugin has not worked for you is because you need to add the domain that you intend to use the plugin on, into your account for the premium subscription to be activated.
Kindly follow the steps as below
1. Login to https://account.antideo.com/account
2. Click on Account on the top right hand corner and then on Domains
3. Add the domain that you would like to use the plugin for.
4. Add the API key on the settings page of the plugin in your WordPress dashboard, and your subscription should start working
We hope the instructions as above will solve the issue for you, but for whatever reason you still feel the plugin is not worth the $2/month then let us know and we will process a full refund and cancel the subscription for you.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Antideo Email Validator] Finally allows valid emails. Also invalid emails.Sorry to hear that the plug-in didn’t work for you as expected with respect to blocking the invalid email addresses. We did have an issue with the plug-in release that we did before the most recent one, but the issues were all fixed in the most recent release. Please do use the most recent version of the plug-in and let us know of your feedback.
