In order to solve the issue, we need the site url

Regarding the admin credentials, you are right I did not express myself correctly. It would have been easier to have a temporary access to the admin in order to debug quickly.
But it’s not mandatory, of course, we can offer support without it.

At this stage, I suppose there is a conflict with Baikare Sandip theme.

Can you check and update (if needed) plugin version?
Do you have the issue when you deactivate your theme and use default one?

If problem persist, can I get copy of the theme in order to install it on our test environment?
