His is not related to bpost plugin.
You can hide the option “deliver to another address” by selecting “Force shipping to the customer billing address” in your WooCommerce settings ==> Settings/Shipping/Shipping options

Il semble qu’il y ai un problème de compatibilité avec le plugin de payment que vous utilisez.
Celui-ci intervient directment sur la page check-out avant que le montant total de la commande (incluant les frais de port calculé dans le SHM via le plugin bpost) ne soit connu de WooCommerce.
Nous étudions les possibilité de contournement, néanmoins, dans un premier temps, vous pourriez dissocier la page de payement de la page checkout pour que le payement intervienne à la sortie du SHM et non avant.
