This problem has already been internally reported.

bpost plugin is working perfectly even when “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional” is installed.

“WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional” is also working perfectly to generate Invoices and Shipping Note. There is only the Refund document that is not properly generated and the error might come from bpost plugin.

We are investigating and if the issue really comes from our side, we’ll publish a new build soon.

bpost plugin is really easy to set up and configure. It cannot be simplified. bpost backend is also easy to use and configure.

You mention bad support but I cannot find any support request from you so I’m wondering how can you say that?

Do you propose other shipping method than bpost on your site?
If yes, are you sure the shipping label you want to print is well from an order with bpost shipping method selected?

There you need to define, for each delivery method, your shipping prices and counrties !

Thank you for the screen shots. As mentioned earlier, you must define your shipping countries in the bpost Shiping Manager – the bpost webportal you can access with your bpost login and pw.

It is a normal behaviour. You must define countries your are selling/shipping products to – the country list must be the same in WooCommerce settings and in your shipping manager.

In your case, I suppose you have defined, in WC General options, that you are selling to “all countries” and you have not defined all world countries in your shipping manager – in that case, bpost plugin inform you about countries that are not defined.

The shipping method choice is made by the customer at next step – not on the checkout page – but in the shm pop up that comes right after checkout page when processing order.

I hope this information help.
