About the translation, when I try to open the sansar.pot file in PoEdit, I have some errors anc cant’t go further.

I thought I was already in the loop that’s why mo code my wrong.
I think I need to put the code in a form because I want that each element inside the Option tag to be clickable to show it’s own content below on the same page, immediatly afte clicking. In fact I don’t need the search per letter. I have to look et all these mods.

I began to implement something.
In shortcode.php file, you fill an array called $table_directory_name which contains information from name-directory_name table, with information that I want but as I display it it’s empty (NULL) on the front-end. So at the moment, I cannot get these data.
An idea ?

Sorry maybe I wasn’t clear enough.
I don’t want to place the letters in a dropdown menu.
I want to place all the entries (by their title) in a dropdwon menu and then, when the user clicks one title from this dropdown, the details show below.
Is it clearer ?

I’ve installed the plugin on a fresh WP 411 install and the button in posts and pages doesn’t appear. I use the last WP theme by defaut. I’ve switched to another theme to see what happends, but it’s the same.

I have just Akismet installed and not activatrd. I run 2015 WP theme.
I have 2 sliders created and have images and I can add some.
But I still cannot add a third slider.

I’ve done the french translation .po and compiled it to give the .mo file.

I’ve uploaded these 2 files in /languages foler of the plugin but the language doesn’t change in front office nor in back-office.
I’ve emptied my browser cache but nohting new.

What’s the way to make it change ?

To ley you know what’s going on now, the translation works OK on a website without any changes (en_US kept 3 times, so the translation is automatic), and doesn’t work on another.
Weird, but my problem is fixed.

I have changed 3 times by fr_FR and it doesn’t show in french. I’ve even tried es_ES to see, and it doesn’t work. I’ve cleaned the cache but it’s the same.
