Yes I have removed that plugin as it seemed to be error prone.

I will wait for that update to be released and see what happens after.

I want to mention that the worker of database update does not seem to be working, job is not showing up anywhere in the logs of scheduled tasks

Is there a target date for the release of version 9.1 ?

I found the culprit, it was WordPress BoldThemes Importer. I deactivated it and contacted them so that they would fix this incompatibility.

I can confirm that doing the work around does not work for me. I still see the message popping up even after running the db update AND doing the workaround.

Also whilst searching for the text “Please update the WooCommerce Stripe plugin” nothing pops up in the table admin notes, which is surprising.

Even after updating stripe plugin.
