The issue evolued. This morning, I could access to the listing pages on the front office. But, strangely the listing pages do not load anymore: they stay in loading: no error message displays and the loading of other web pages do not work anymore.

Maybe the issue comes from the CSS custom ?

I have tried to use the default WordPress theme and nothing has changed.

I am sorry, but I will use another real estate plugin.
Maybe your paid version is more stable/responsive, but I am not very satisfied to the Free version.
