I have a similar issue I think. I can only get the footer is displaying as collapsible. If I deactivate Extras it shows fine but I need some of the extra things in Extras. I used a template to get started, have I missed something? The home page is https://shanem117.sg-host.com/

Hi, I did think this would be a tricky one. I could post up endless screen shots but I’m not sure that would give you the detail needed either.

Shipping rates aren’t calculated on anything we don’t use weight or dimensions. We have a rate for Small, Medium & Large (more or less) which are just set manually on the relevant products.

I think the theme is definitely be a place to look now. I’m not a developer so I will find some developer support for that. Thank you.
