sorry to intrude I really need help! Im trying to login to my page versualapp.com/wp-admin but I forgot my password. When I click lost passowrd it says the page doesnt exist!see for yourself https://www.versualapp.com/lost-password

please help i need to get things done asap

I think I would like to cancel everything and restart fresh(bluehost already told me they cannot do anything for me).
Now hoe can I delete everything if I cant access my dashboard??

this is the message I get when I click on ‘forgot your passowrd’ link of versualapp.com/wp-admin :

it directes me to :https://www.versualapp.com/lost-password/

please help!
