unfortunately, at the moment the plugin supports only one Product Catalog for one google category and there isn’t an easy workaround for this, I’m sorry!

You may generate the XML feeds, one by one, and load them manually in your catalog in your business account. You will need to do the same then each time you make a change in the products, but if you make few changes sometimes, it might be a good solution.

If you still have the same error when trying to create a new product catalog, please find the error in the “Logs” tab and download the report for that error. Then, post here the content of the report so I can try to check some other info.

Could you please give more info on what you did to create the custom plugin?
Did you enable it?
Did you add the plugin header in the main file?
Did the code above work when it was in functions.php of the child theme?
Are you sure the theme file is functions.php and not function.php?
Was the child theme activated in your website?

Sorry for the questions, I just want to be sure you are writing the code in the correct way ??

There is a known issue about the option to force product ids instead sku and I fixed it for the next release that will be available early next week.

As a workaround and fix now, please download this alpha version with the fix to this issue and upload it in Plugins > Add new > Upload Plugin and then confirm to replace the existing one. No problems when you will upgrade the plugin to new official release because the fix in this URL has already the final fix ??

If you still have the issue, please try to reset the Facebook connection with following steps:

1. Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything);
2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings
3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page
4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything)
5. Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions

Then, try again to operate in the product catalog.

sorry for the late response here.

I’m not able to replicate the issue on my end, I can see the backend UI without any issue on my Firefox 85.0 (64-bit).

Please, check the browser console about errors showing up (see here how to). If some, please post there with a screenshot.

It seems that something blocks the resources (css and js) from Pixel Caffeine. The console should warns what and why.

sorry for the delay on this. I’m preparing the new release with the fix for this warning, it should be released within this week or early next week at most.

As another workaround, I found that you can fix simply by dismissing the warning inside the admin pages of Pixel Caffeine, without downloading the plugin I provided in the topic ??

However, in the next release, it will be fixed automatically.

for the currency issue, it seems your currency is not supported by Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/151451521590943?id=738655959856647 This is the reason I think and I cannot find any solution to this. Only try to contact Facebook support to ask to add support to your currency.

Please check on your website that you don’t have any other plugin enabled which may add the Pixels twice. Also, remember to flush the cache on every action.
