    I temporarily reinstalled the plugin, on the development server, the settings are as follows:

    Settings -> General : https://postimg.cc/1g4s1jk8

    Plugin configuration: https://postimg.cc/FdV4yXcn

    Searching the plugin code I didn’t find “wp_mail”, but I found them inside the “vendor” folder with a “freemius” library; At this point I think the problem is the library used.

    On the local server I have PHP 8.1 and on the online server the same version; searching online among the problems of this library, someone says that it is not perfectly compatible with PHP 8.x

    Also the plugin has another problem, on “unsubscribe”: https://postimg.cc/Wd8gHdV2

    this is what it looks like: https://postimg.cc/Xph3fbXQ

    the only button that works is “Done” the rest doesn’t work

    @metalfreek

    I replied to the problem that you didn’t understand why it didn’t work; but reporting the review for support requests doesn’t seem right to me.

    I have already explained what doesn’t work and put the list of plugins used, there is no custom code in the basic wordpress theme, but the plugin doesn’t work.

    I’m using another plugin that works fine; I tried others too and none of them worked.

    Surely some installed plugin generates the problem but currently I can’t debug and understand where the problem is.

    the email that must work for me is this (example): https://postimg.cc/CRYQgv1C

    instead it comes like this: https://postimg.cc/XZhM4wtV

    Hello @andrewshu

    I solved it like this:

    • deactivated all forms except for registration and profile
    • added a custom menu on woocommerce with custom endpoint that generates the ultimate member shortcode for the profile (which uses a custom template)
    • added a general override on wordpress so that it redirects every password recovery link to the woocommerce

    now everything works correctly, the user registers with the first password on ultimate member, then in case of password recovery he is redirected exclusively to woocommerce

    (@antwal)

    thanks I will wait for the next release, I hope template support will be integrated such as for woocommerce or other plugins to be used within the theme, in order to simplify any changes

    (@antwal)

    yes, I already checked the guide and did several tests; the plugin is not perfectly compatible with my theme and other plugins, unfortunately I need woocommerce and I can’t deactivate it

    I only use the profile registration and update form, for the rest I have deactivated everything and redirected everything to woocommerce; so now the password recovery works fine

    Hi all,

    I have resolved the problem; this plugin not support DSS or DSA SSH encrypt, but only RSA.

    Thanks.
