Q) So you’re saying that the “Duplicate Campaign” button is only in the paid version?
Ans) Yes the “Duplicate Campaign” button is only available in the paid version
To use the free version, you can manually copy the previous campaign and paste it to create a new campaign and then publish it.
Moreover, I have shared your workaround with my technical team, and they are currently looking into it. If more users demand this feature, we will definitely add it in a future release.

That’s odd! The option to duplicate a campaign is available in the paid version of the plugin. Could you also let me know which version of the plugin you were previously using? This will help me assist you better.
Meanwhile, in the free plan, you can copy and paste the campaign content. Have you tried doing that manually?

I’d like to update you that we have released the fixed version of the plugin, 5.7.31. The issue with the image element has been resolved, and it is now visible in the plugin. Can you please check and confirm this?

Could you please verify if the file below exists? If not, upload it to the specified path and check again.
File Path: D:\ig_repo\email-subscribers\lite\includes\logs\class-ig-logger-interface.phpAdditionally, you can also download the latest version of the plugin from the WordPress from here and re-upload it to see if the issue persists.
