Hello,
Ok I think I found the problem. The live site has litespeed activated on the server side, the mirror site do not. Even if I disable the cache I still have the issues.
So I switched to another plugin, maybe you can investigate with litespeed ??
Thanks for your time!As I said, it’s a clone of the live site… So same settings, same theme (not a child theme)
I’m trying to reinstall the website from scratch and see if it’s betterhere they are, forgive my french ??

and with ?troubleshoot :
https://snipboard.io/r2l3p0.jpgyes I use WP Rocket but I deactivated it… and cleared the cache. With /cart/?test=123 it’s the same
I made some screenshots, I will post themon the website where it’s not working, as soon as I enter ?troubleshoot in the URL then the coupon appears… but not when I add an item to the cart
It’s a theme I made from scratch
Strange thing is, I just build a miror site on another server and the plugin works just fine :/I can provide you an admin access to the preprod version of the site
Maybe I can email you the details?Hello, I’m sorry but I tried again on different sites and I can’t get the plugin to work anymore… ??
Have you tested with the latest Woocommerce updateyes !
with ?troubleshoot in the URL the coupon apply
and I have the notification:Test2 – Auto-Applied successfully
Remise2ateliers – No qualifying cart items.thanks for your answer… unfortunatly I tried to create a new coupon that has not been removed or manually applied… the result is the same: it doesn’t show-up in the cart
is this issue caused by my config ?
it’d be strange because I have the same site locally with WP 5.7 and online with WP 5.8…bonjour,
