Achei este plugin. Na vers?o PRO dele diz que tem como desabilitar um método de entrega se determinada regra se aplicar ao carrinho. Talvez fosse bom consultar eles se você pode testar se te atende, sen?o eles devolvem o valor investido (vários vendedores de plugins fazem isso).

Just a suggestion: it would be great if we had the ability to insert classes to the form-group div, just like we can insert classes to the inputs, via the “class:” attribute (something like “group-class:”) so we can make different columns layouts.
