These guys are scammers. I am also getting no support and paid for Pro Version.
Reporting them to WordPress, so that they cant produce anymore plugins on .org.
These guys (softlabD) are scammers.
They do not provide support. Stay away. I bought Pro plugin that does not work. They took my money and ran.

Stay away from this company. They took this plugin down because of me.
It forced me to buy the pro plugin, but this plugin has bugs and there is NO support from this company. They have been ignoring my support requests even though I bought the Pro version.
Bunch of scammers.
I have had nothing but bad/non-existent support.
