If you have a Paypal account, you can just add a Paypal button. If your PP account is “business” they give you a “tool” for creating such a button. Otherwise, there are WP plugins to create such a button. Once you find the item, you’ll see it’s very simple.

I wish you success in working this kink out. I couldn’t find the php version on my hosting site, didn’t have time to hunt through the cpanel. But, I have to say to you that that kind of incompatibility really isn’t acceptable in a wordpress theme. WP hinges on being a no-brainer. At worst, a theme or plugin might be permitted to not work with certain versions of software on the server. But, anything that makes the site crash so you can’t even enter the admin dashboard is truly outside the envelope. As long as I have the site set up on FTP to delete themes, I’ll probably try your theme again after you iron out the bug.

Not resolved, I’d say. I just wanted to try this theme — looks very interesting and attracttive. However, as soon as I clicked on “activate” my site went to just the error message.

It looks like that line 66 is still doing it. Too bad.

It looks like the problem arises when I write text for the captions (Alt & Title Text / Description in the “manage galleries” window) and inserting line breaks.

I have been using NGGallery for the websites of artists to display their work. What is wanted is a tidy way of putting the title of the work, medium and size, and price under each image. I’ve tried to format this a bit by using the html codes for bold and linebreak. Until very recently it all worked and looked good. I was able to center text and put the size/medium info on the second line, etc.

If it is not possible to use these commands then what would be the way to put formatted captions under images? Is there a plugin for this plugin to do that?
