Hi @prosenjitbarman. I found this post that helped me solve the issue. There was a missing bracket in one of the media screen css codes that I previously added. The issue was resolved when I added that.

Hi @prosenjitbarman. Just as I said it works in chrome dev tools but not on live website so interesting. Object Cache was disabled on the site. Plugin cache under object cache was also disabled even though object cache is enabled itselfI also submitted a ticket to your support center with the link you provided just after I started this thread, haven’t heard from you yet. Anyways, I’ll play around object cache a bit more. I’ll update this thread with the results.

Heyo @prosenjitbarman. Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention but I tried applying !important too. If you checked my website recently, !important was actually there. It works in inspection tool but doesn’t work on the website. I tried entering it in theme style.css too but still doesnt work. I cleared cache through Lite Speed Cache plugin as well as Cloudflare CDN but still no effect. It’s weird. Any other suggestions?

Hi again. I’m writing to let you know that I solved this. I had recently uninstalled
Essential Addons for Elementor. I reinstalled it and stars came back. I aligned them by unticking ‘Align Button at Bottom?’ option under Customize-Woocommerce-Product Catalog.

Just to give you some background: I recently started using WordFence. I read somewhere that firewall may cause this. I searched through WordFence options but couldnt find anything, then deactivated the plugin but didnt help. I also tried changing a bunch of firewall settings on Cloudflare and it didnt work too. Purged cache, disable/enable reviews in woocommerce settings which didnt work.

Hi @jx-3p. Thank you very much for the code. That works for PC view but didnt make a difference for mobile view. I tried Chrome and Safari on my iPhone. Could you help with that too if you dont mind? Appreicate your support.

Hi @hannahritner Here is a screen shot of it. This is what happens when I click settings in appearance -> themes when Elementor Header & Footer Builder plug in is active. There is no settings options in appearance -> themes when the plug in is inactive.

Hey @karlalevelup. When I tried to change the theme settings, it shows a compatibility issue for Elementor Header & Footer Builder. It shows 2 methods to overcome this but none of them worked for me. It also refers to a link that is for theme creators to add plugin support. Could you help with that by any chance or should i still start a new thread for plugin support?

Hi Hannah. Thanks for the answer. I hadnt cleared my cache after assigning it but it didnt show up at all. I cleared it later and tried to assign it again but no luck. Can you clarify ‘saving settings on the backend’? How can I check it?
