In reply to: [WooCommerce] Stock problemHi @tuiuiucomunicacao, thanks for contacting WooCommerce support. I understand you’re running into issues with the stock status of one of your products.
First, thanks for the troubleshooting you’ve done so far. It’s good to know that the issue persists in conflict testing conditions (all plugins disabled and a default theme), but that things seem to work normally when you duplicate the product.
The fact that the duplicate works makes me think this might be an issue with caching. Do you have any caching on your site? If so, could you try clearing it and see if that makes a difference?
If that doesn’t work, could you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools in your site’s WP Admin area and click the button to clear WooCommerce transients? Then check if the issue is resolved.
Let us know how that goes and we’ll go from there!
Hi @ecoengros. Thanks for clarifying. I think I see the issue you’re referring to:
Link to image: https://d.pr/TfU1tzThe cause of this wouldn’t be the fact that there are two variations, most likely, but rather the fact that somehow the same stock status element is getting copied when you click on the variation option. (In other words, these two stock status elements don’t correspond to the two variations. It’s just a coincidence that the stock status shows up twice and there are two variations on the product.)
The cause of this would depend on how you’re adding the ability to select variations on the shop page, as this is not something that is possible with WooCommerce by default. Normally, variations can only be selected on the individual product page for a product. Is this functionality being added through a plugin, or your theme, or something else?
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Inventory for One Attribute Variation Not SyncedHi @sallyinstc! Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support. I understand one of your products is not syncing correctly with Square.
Has this product ever synced correctly, or has it always been broken like this?
Does the variation have a non-unique SKU? That shouldn’t be possible, but if it somehow happened, that might cause the issues you’re seeing.
If that’s not the issue, can you post a screenshot of the settings (on the WooCommerce side) for this variation? If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:
* https://snipboard.io
* https://skitch.com/
* https://getcloudapp.com/
* https://awesomescreenshot.com/There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
Thanks!

In reply to: [Storefront] error in checkout pageHi @mekel1991! I understand you need help with a UI issue on your checkout page, https://mepatisserie.store/checkout/ .
I see the issue you’re referring to. That is definitely odd, as that is not normally how Storefront looks with the WooCommerce checkout page.
Looking more closely at your checkout page, it looks like it has been created with an Elementor template, which is likely where the issue is coming from. If you disable Elementor, or use a default template instead of an Elementor one, does the issue go away?
Let us know how that goes and we’ll go from there!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Feed ok inside GMC but empty inside ADSHi @atweb. Thanks for the additional information. Could you contact our support team directly by going to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ ? We’d like to get some more information that wouldn’t be appropriate for a public forum. Please reference this thread and send your system status report. You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area (or
https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status
, replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL), then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”Thanks! I’m closing this thread since you’ll be contacting us directly.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Wrong tax rate calculation in CAHi @andreu.
We had a similar issue and this time I checked that the tax is correct https://snipboard.io/Edw27T.jpg in the settings but the order have not included any tax https://snipboard.io/wni658.jpg although the items purchased are taxable https://snipboard.io/wb0vsQ.jpg. Any ideas of what could be wrong this time?
Do you have logging enabled for WooCommerce Shipping currently? You can see more about this here.
If logging was already enabled, can you post the logs?
If not, can you enable it, and then wait for the issue to happen again and then post the logs?
Also, does this issue happen with all orders, or only some orders? If only some, is it a specific subset of orders?
Hi @daigo75. We’ll await your reply before investigating further. Keep us updated!

In reply to: [Storefront] Change position on front pageHi @gingerbinger80!
In which file i can change possition of
<input type=”search” id=”woocommerce-product-search-field-0″ class=”search-field” placeholder=”Szukaj produktów…” value=”” name=”s”>Now it’s on the top of the page I would like to change it possition.
Changing the location of the search field isn’t available out of the box, but can you use the Storefront Powerpack to this. This can be done from Appearance > Customize > Powerpack > Header once Powerpack is installed.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] There was an error loading the reportThanks for confirming that @hkindy. Do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that match up to this issue date-wise? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs with “fatal-errors” in the name and an appropriate date.
If you see one, please view it by clicking on it and then clicking the “View” button, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL
Could you then copy the contents of the log into pastebin.com, click “Create new paste,” and then share the link so that I could take a look?
Hi @zendigitalcreatives. I understand you’re seeing an issue where Google Listings & Ads is causing your checkout page to not work. Can you give us some more details about what exactly happens when the plugin is enabled?
Also, did it work at some point without breaking the checkout page? If so, when did it break?
Lastly, can you share your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area (or
https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status
, replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL), then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”Thanks!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Token exchange failedHi @oracle1979. I understand you’re not able to complete setup with the Facebook plugin due to a “Whoops, something went wrong” error at the end of the setup process.
One possible cause for this issue is that your site currency is not supported by Facebook. Could that be the issue? You can see the list of supported currencies here.
Another possibility is that your
wc_facebook_external_business_id
option is blank or contains non-Latin characters. To check this, go to thewp-admin/options.php
page on your site (so https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php) and search for the text “wc_facebook_external_business_id” on the page. Once you find it, make sure it isn’t blank and contains only Latin characters.Let us know how that goes and we’ll go from there!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Checkout Method? Which is Best?Hi @jm1080! I understand you’re wondering if orders made on Facebook will sync to ShipStation.
They should, yes. Orders are synced from your Facebook shop to your WooCommerce store, as explained here, so ShipStation should pick them up. They can be completed the same way normal orders are as well, where ShipStation will automatically update the status to “Completed” once they’ve shipped.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Cart does not refresh after checkoutThanks for the system status report @shaphiro. Could you try testing without Divi active at all, and just a default theme like Twenty Twenty? I realize that this will cause UI issues on the site and that you can’t leave it disabled permanently, but this is just for troubleshooting purposes, as this isn’t a common issue we see with the Facebook plugin.
