Well i guess that the theme is not affecting the deliverability of the mails
btw: as mentioned above i have checked the php.ini settings:

what is important here: The php.ini has smtp_port = 25 set – this i have checked.

Btw: i am on a root-server and my friend adminsters the backend. So if we need to do some more configurations just lemme know.

And yes: i also could check a plugin – a smtp-plugin. Are there any suggestions – should i take a certain plugin!?

– if so: do we go round the usage of wp_mail if we use a semtp-plugin!?

In my opinion the field editor plugin provided by myles is the best solution.

background: i am currently working on a project where i want to display POI Point of Interests to the visitors. well – it is a solution that could be done with openstreetmap instantly – it is a solution that delivers a distance Matrix to help users find nearby locations on an interactive …in other words: a solution that – discover the nearest entity ::

so if the site visitors type a term like Munich or london or paris into the serarch-field then the nearby-search should provide
results.. that are stored in a table.

but Andrija: your answer is convincing – i guess that your are right – and the issues are rooted in the theme. I was happy to do some fixes and corrections there.

as for all that probably run into such issues: here some of the things i tried out,
note: i run CoBlocks-plugin in the (default) 2020-theme:

i first added this additional CSS – and switched the Coblock off:

}

and now the table looks pretty nice.

but by the way: This does not appear to be directly caused by CoBlock’s plugin but rather the default styles of the TablePress plugin – so i tried this CSS code to Customizer and see if this helps:

[ here we are able to adjust the max-width value according to the personal preference ].

now i switched the coBlock to on !

now i have both
– the coblocks back on site and
– the table lookinkg better (/with a larger width)

keep up the great project – it rocks and i am pretty sure that wp-job-manager has got friends all over the globe.

it rocks – and wp is generally one of the best projects on the whole net.
