Nope, it didn’t help. Downgrading to 1.7.4, too. I had to restore a website backup.

@arulprasadj Thank you for developing this plugin. Have you considered adding additional options in the admin area? Like deciding whether to show the modal window on smartphones only, on tablets only, or both. And, also, preventing portrait rotation for some devices with a custom message? It doesn’t have to be in the free version. I’d gladly buy a premium version for a reasonable price.

I can confirm that the Customizer panels of the theme work as expected. I haven’t noticed any problem lately regarding the above-mentioned issue. Thank you for fixing it. Cheers!

I use Montserrat, a Google font and Elementor Pro. Clearing caches and deleting all transients in the database works for me for now.

And it’s not only that issue. Tabs in Customizer (like Layout and Style) become unclickable and all options of the element you are customizing are displayed under the first tab. But the fix you are working on might solve that issue too.

I’m experiencing the same issue and I have to clear all transients in the database in order for the Customizer to return to normal state. I believe your last updates are buggy. You should investigate this further.

It’s working fine now. For others having this issue, clear website, CDN and browser cache and delete all transients in your database.

When working in the Customizer sidebar, I can’t switch between tabs Layout, Style… This happens both in Chrome and Firefox.

UPDATE: Had to delete all transients and it worked again. Unfortunately, after several minutes, I noticed that switching between tabs doesn’t work. And I have several websites built on Neve, all have the same issue.

It was a browser cache issue. I tested with another browser (Firefox) and it works fine. So I cleared all the caches on my browsers and not it works with Chrome too.

I switched to Twenty Twenty-One, deleted Neve, installed it again and activated it. The header and footer builders are still missing. By the way, I noticed just now that an error_log was generated in the public_html folder:
