In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events won’t loadI found the culprit!
The Easy Social Feed – Social Photos Gallery – Post Feed – Like Box plugin makes a mess here!Don’t know exactly why it happens. Generally in the plugin there is no much settings to change. It allows to connect to Facebook page and Instagram account. To resolve the issue I had to disconnect both (FB and IG) or disable the plugin itself.
Now as I suspect I have to contact with Easy Social Feed Support Team, yes?
It would be nice if @jeanneboll could confirm is she using the Easy Social Feed plugin too just to make sure this is the traitor ??Kind regards to you both!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events won’t loadI’ve started to downgrade the Events Calendar. I went through 5.4.0.2, 5.4.0.1, 5.4.0, 5.3.2.1, 5.3.1.1 and stopped at 5.3.1 version because I remember that at december 2020 or january 2021 the plugin works just fine.
Unfortunately each of listed version worked exactly with the same manner, so the issue is not related to the Events Calendar issue itself.
Next I did an update to WordPress 5.7.1. Unfortunately this didn’t fixed the issue, too.I’ve installed clean version of WordPress 5.7.1, then installed Events Calendar plugin newest version and everything works like a charm, also on the same Theme.
During the upcoming weekend I will have to find some time to deeper investigation with staging site. So stay tuned and thanks for Your input.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events won’t loadHi @geoffbel,
I have the same problem on my website.
To be more precisely:
– calendar and list view is working fine underexample.com/events view
,
– when I click on the event name in calendar or list view the page reloads, URL in browser is changing as expected (example.com/event/some-event-example
) but the website displays the calendar view again (loads the first month where first event is scheduled) instead of event details as I do expect,
– when I go to direct URL to the event likeexample.com/event/some-event-example
, the website shows the calendar view (loads the first month where first event is scheduled) instead of selected event details. The URL in browser is preserved (example.com/event/some-event-example
).I am running WordPress v5.6.2 and Events Plugin v5.5.0.1
Thanks to reply Kriti.
When I’m creating new quiz the questions disappearing from the backend. I haven’t publish them to test on front end so far.
About the existing quiz – the questions disappearing both on the front end and backend. The old quiz is working fine on my site right now because I did rollback the database from backup and hold making any changes. I didn’t have time to test on staging site yet.
Hope it is now clear for you.

In reply to: [WP-Strava] Latest Activity map shortcode wrong placed on PageThank you @jrfoell , tested and works like a charm.
Have a great Sunday! Thanks for Your help, @hcabrera
Hi @hcabrera
Well, the WPP still generating issue on REST query but only when visitor add some item from WooCommerce shop into the cart (as I mentioned here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/popular-posts-returns-error-403-and-rest_cookie_invalid_nonce-code-in-json/#post-13681181).
I didn’t figured out the problem yet. I was tried out to use the Troubleshooting Mode menu located at the top bar to activate WPP, but this wasn’t worked too. So I take a brake to investigation and didn’t reply to Your previous post yet.
My online store is closed so You can’t check it there right now.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order page unable to choose payment – circle is spinning onHi @senff
thanks for Your advice it looks that I have finally found what plugin made a problem. It was a WP External Links plugin. I’m using it for control nofollow, noopener, ugc (User Generated Content), sponsored and so on links.
On its Exception settings tab I’ve had the Apply settings on set All contents (the whole page) on. So I have uncheck the checkbox and leave all three below options checked: Post content, Comments, All widgets.
The order page is working as it should on my Apex theme (I didn’t check on Storefront theme) finally!
Thanks for guidance.

I’ve created staging site, installed Health and Troubleshooting plugin, enabled Troubleshooting Mode, then on Plugins the “Enable while Troubleshooting” link under WordPress Popular Posts I see that it is not available ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order page unable to choose payment – circle is spinning onIt is also worth to mention that when have generated the pay_for_order url and opened it directly on the web, then the order and payment details works just fine. So it looks that something is blocking some code during initialisation of the order detailed view.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order page unable to choose payment – circle is spinning onI have found similar problem reported almost 2 years ago: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/checkout-page-hangs/
It’s not the best idea to mark as solved issue where some workaround to cover the issue by changing the css is used as solution ??
Especially that it only hiding the spinning circles but the payment module is unusable to fill in the card details.- This reply was modified 4 years, 4 months ago by appleandpear.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order page unable to choose payment – circle is spinning onHi @eastofwest ,
I saw that errors and investigating this separately with WPP support. When WPP plugin is disabled, the problem with spinning wheels still exists. BTW – the error you mentioned with WPP started showing up after WooCommerce installed in.Do you have any other ideas?
I’ve changed each TTL to 86400, cleared cache, cleared web browser all data and nothing helped. But found something new. I noticed that this problem starts when I add an item into the cart on my WooCommerce shop.
Do You have any ideas or should I talk with WooCommerce support team?@hcabrera thanks for investigation. About LSC, well… I’ve checked my problem again with Cache disabled (I have disabled cache in LSC settings), so all cached entries for this site has been purged. After refreshing the website the problem still exists. So I wonder is the LSC and its settings may be causing the issue.
Anyway replying to your question – the LSC settings is now set up as follows:
– default public cache TTL = 604800 sec
– default main page TTL = 604800 sec
– default rest TTL = 86400 sec (now I have set it up as 86400, earlier it was 604800 sec).
