Hi Abhishek,

I am operating on a test website here: https://www.djg4friends.com/uls/

I had both the Plugins – deactivated due to the above issue.
I have now just activated Ocean Custom sidebar, I then clicked ‘save’ on the default plugin operating settings options.

In the link below you can see an image of how my dashboard looks: No Dismiss message available.

Doesn’t matter if I go back into the plugin settings, it will not remove the continued notice at top of my dashboard.

Hi Betty, I appreciate the reply and glad you will note it.

I’m sure it would catch out a lot of basic users who try a starter template. Then they often need to customise.

Any option to bring control of that into the Customiser, I think would be very useful.

HI Vytis, I have just had the duplicate problem trying to utilise your Doctor2 demo site. Yes, your CSS fix has worked BUT why did I have to search for it?

This is very annoying that users have not been advised anywhere in your theme re this issue is a design aspect. It’s only by finally getting fed up looking for the culprit, I resorted to a convoluted search query and found this post. Not good design!

Hi Vytis, I am working from memory now, as that test site is closed.

As far as I remember, it appeared in elementor to be correct and as soon as I saved the update, I refereshed a screen view…..that’s when I saw the loss of my page template settings.

I’d close elementor, and at the page edit view, see that it had reset page layout to ‘default’.

After I changed it to Elementor full width….all would be okay. Sorry I can’t tell you more I’m in hospital:(

Hi Betty,

I copied a demo ‘photographer” imorted with all pages and settings. In Customiser I went to Menu & selected ‘no search’/save and it was removed.

I then decided I might place ‘search’ back on. In Customiser/menu – it then failed.

So n other plugins used for menu, just native theme/elementor.

Sorry I’m out of action now for a few weeks. Hope this feedback helps. Dennis

Hi Tony, best I can do is state the Upload processes I did. NB I did it twice with same results.

1. I have a test website https://www.djg4friends.com/tets10.
The media location is settings: /home/djg4frie/public_html/test10/wp-content/uploads
2. I found your backup/Restore very easy to use. I created B/up and download to Google Drive from test website. No issues.
3. Went to new client URL https://www.lmk917.com – to which I had, via Cpanel loaded a native install of WordPress.
4. In lmk917.com I loaded your plugin and ran Restore from backup. All appeared to work fine.
5. I went to add a new image and as per my first post it failed.
6. I searched for the issue and that’s when I found in WP/Settings/Media the reference was:/home/djg4frie/public_html/test10/wp-content/uploads
7. Once I fixed this to point to correct lmk917 location….All perfect:)

PS: I will be out of action for 2 wks, so may not reply further. Dennis

OKay – found error in Mobile Menu display, was able to fix text colour.

Search has totally disappeared from Customiser settings/Header/options

FIXED. – YOU HAVE A BUG IN YOUR PROGRAM.

Restore to a brand new URL from the backup file, failed to set the Media/Uploads location.
It left the location that was in the backup, thus pointing out to my test file when it should have changed to the new url.

Other than this hiccup which I have spent a few hours trying to find….your program worked excellently!!!

Hi Hardik, thanks for the screenshots. I cannot replicate Screenshot 2.

I’m using FREE Elementor page builder. If I click as you indicate in image #2, I do not get those options, it purely enable me to ‘edit’ the section.

Sorry, I have no idea how to access what your screen shots indicate. Are you assuming I have paid versions of these plugins?

To summarize:
1. background Slider is selected as ‘active’ in your settings
2. Open a page in Elementor
3. Select a new column and then in Elementor search for an element to add
4. Under Elementor Addon Elements – Background Slider – NOT SHOWN as available

I think the Google Photos Album I have linked above, clearly indicates the problem.
