ok, I came down to this particular plugin. Ironically, I’ve been talking to the developer of that particular plugin as it has it’s own issues within it. I will probably just have to find a different plugin for the one that’s causing the issue. Thanks for your assistance, great plugin!

Disabling all the plugins? I know using original theme was not the issue. It would still produce a 404 error

Hi, sorry for the late response. I got the chance to play around with it again. Unfortunately, The questions I’m using are somewhat long and using both and/or the expanded prompt will throw the error.

Is there a possible solution to this?

Yes, I am currently using the latest version. If you can point me to where I can increase the length, I can look into the file. I looked in the db, and it seems the tables aren’t created until the survey itself is.

For the time being, I will search for the files to see if I can increase the length somehow.

I’ve been trying to pinpoint exactly which file to view/edit. Could you be so kind as to point me exactly which folder/file I should be looking at? I’m trying to modify the quiz questions radio options.
