Here’s what I’ve done so far:
I’ve cleared the cache,
deactivated and activited all the plugins
updated the twenty eleven theme
I don’t know how to do-> my problem by overwriting the WP-Includes and WP-Admin folders

I’ve updated my twenty eleven theme, and now my tool bar is gone. I do not know code or codex, and the visual editor and html tabs will not toggle back and forth. Help please
