Hmmm…there is no documentation for the install of Role Manager at the link https://redalt.com/wiki/Role+Manager. Anywhere I can find this so that I install it correctly?

Thank you very much. My host supports SPF records and they are creating the record for me and will apply it when finished.

I had the 1.2.4 and the log table was some 15Mb. I deleted it per the BB 2.0 instructions and gave word to my hosting service. All should be well now.

Its something with Spam Karma…

I disbaled the check box for the following:

If comment looks ambiguous, use a Captcha as a backup check. (Important: you should run the Captcha test page once and ensure it is displayed properly before enabling this option).

…and got this error when leaving a comment (logged out of the blog):

“Spam Karma: Your comment looks suspiciously like spam and has been moderated. It will be displayed once the admin approves it.”

If I disable Spam Karma altogether, everything works. It is now clear to me that this is a case of operator error. Not so long ago I was exploring on the dashboard in all the settings (thinking I was smart enough).

FIXED!!! So what’s my solution: Don’t mess with something that’s not broke w/o knowing what the hell I’m doing. That and upgrade to 1.5.1.1 and Spam Karma 2
