I’ve tried to send over the debug version but I receive a delivery failure email. So as an alternative you can also download the file here:

1. Deactivate and delete the current Banner Rotator
2. Install the attached version and activate – you’ll have to upload your banners again unfortunately
3. Go to the Admin screen, check the ‘Debug Mode’ setting and click the ‘Upload Banners/Save HTML’ button
4. If you scroll down you’ll see some debugging output just above your banners list, please email this to us and also send us a screenshot of the Admin screen
5. Uncheck the ‘Debug Mode’ setting and click the ‘Upload Banners/Save HTML’ button to hide the debug output

Sorry to hear you’ve been having problems with the plugin. I have a couple of questions/suggestions:

1. Have you tried re-installing the plugin and uploading the banner again? Do you still get additional empty banners?

2. If so, another option is for us to send you a ‘debug’ version of the plugin. When installed this will output some data on the admin screen. This may help us to understand what the problem is as we cannot replicate it ourselves. If you would like to try this, it would be helpful to know your email address so I can forward the instructions.

It looks as though I misunderstood the term ‘premade’ the first time and thought you might still be referring to a free theme. We won’t be able to test it with this one then due to the cost unfortunately.

Thank you for your feedback. Great to hear that you like the plugin.

Just to confirm: the banner should only appear once to non-admin users visiting your site. If you are logged in as admin however, the banner will load more than once so that you can preview how it looks.

Is this what is happening or is it showing up more than once to site visitors?
