We use PHPExcel, so replace

\PhpOffice\PhpSpreadsheet\Cell\DataType::TYPE_STRING);

with

PHPExcel_Cell_DataType::TYPE_STRING

Otherwise — you should press button “Pay as customer” (after you created the order).

We have to use this way as most payment plugins work correctly only at frontend pages.
